Over the years, in our interactions with various customers, colleagues, friends, families, and random people at parties we came across an almost universal problem. Sooner or later, every organization reached a stage where it was held back simply because the people who were supposed to be driving its progress were unhappy.

A lot of times the discontent simmered just under the surface and never came to the leadership’s attention.

To paraphrase Tolstoy, all happy organizations are alike, each unhappy organization is unhappy in its own way. There are a lot of variables that contribute to employee losing engagement. However if we were to make a crude generalization, we could say that most issues stem from the gap between the expectations of the business vis-à-vis that of the workforce.

We could see that organizations were losing out on high potential employees and creating unnecessary bottlenecks in their own growth by overlooking this one issue. Which is why we thought of rolling up our sleeves and tackling this problem head on. And Yellow Consulting was born.
